Don’t let that scare you. Long lasting relationships have to be able to endure change to survive. Think seasons! Newlyweds are like spring, this part of life is summmer. It’s busy fun but can be hot and uncomfortable. It doesn’t have to be spring to be beautiful. One simple thing you can do without much effort or thought is get in the habit of touching. Touch as you pass each other. Touch each other as you hand off the baby. Make a beeline for each other when you return home for a quick kiss. Always kiss goodbye, goodnight , good morning. This can be Omar’s specific thing he does for you. My husband does this always and it has been wonderful for us. Remember different isn’t less or bad. Blessings to you.

Dear Leena, you forgot to mention the additional vital facts about the epidural, I think it is only fair to let women know that by choosing to get an epidural you are at a higher likelihood for other interventions to be needed i.e. forceps, ceasarean. Partially because it can distress the baby as the lower body goes numb and will inevetibaly affect some babies, when the baby gets distressed the doctor will then of course encourage a c section, and also because not feeling the contractions makes you not be in control of pushing the baby, so when you only push when the Dr tells you to – you are much more likely to tear and require stitches than you would if you pushed by listening to body only. Long story short, do your own research I recommend the book "birth reborn"
